**Event Hostess Responsibilities**

**We are looking for two female event Hostess for three days (23 May 2023 till 25 May 2023) who have excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.**

**Working Hours: 09:30 AM till 06:30 PM.**

**Location**:Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE**

1. Assisting with the preparation, and organization of events, both with the venue and with clients

2. Greeting and directing guests to the designated area

3. Answering questions and concerns in a polite and professional manner

4. Making sure that the event space is clean before, during and after the event

5. Taking all the necessary information of visitors and potential clients and providing them with the relevant information about the company and its products and services

6. Ability to record in systematic order all registration

7. Make sure that all health and safety requirements are followed and that the staff knows the emergency protocols

8. Creating a positive and relaxed atmosphere for the guests

9. Coordinating employees so they work together seamlessly for the event

**Event Hostess qualifications & requirements**
- A high school diploma and /or a degree in hospitality or similar is preferred
- Experience in customer service, event planning/hosting or hospitality
- Experience in management or supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to anticipate problems and develop contingency plans
- Great communication and leadership skills
- A charming appearance and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and often in large crowds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal communication in English & Arabic would be compulsory
- Ability to communicate in Eastern European Languages and other languages would be an added advantage

**Salary**: AED800.00 - AED1,200.00 per day

Expected Start Date: 23/05/2023
