We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Accountant/Secretary. This dual role will be responsible for handling both accounting tasks and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting**:
Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and process invoices and payments.

Perform bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

**Secretarial/Administrative**:
Answer phone calls and handle correspondence.

Greet and assist visitors to the office.

Schedule appointments and meetings.

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in secretarial or administrative roles.

Familiarity with food distribution operation is plus.

Knowledge of food sales coordination is required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- secretary: 2 years (preferred)
- Secretarial or Administrative roles: 2 years (preferred)
