**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented **Python Developer** to join our growing team at Baguette. As a Python Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services that drive the platform. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and AI engineers to create seamless, high-performance solutions.

Your expertise in **Python** and related frameworks will help enhance the platform’s functionality, making complex business processes intuitive and automated. You will work in an Agile environment and contribute to building features that solve real-world business problems for SMEs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop & Maintain**: Build and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using **Python**.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with frontend developers to integrate backend functionalities and ensure seamless user experiences.
- **Optimize Code**: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while focusing on performance and scalability.
- **AI & Automation**: Collaborate with the AI team to integrate machine learning models and automate business processes.
- **Database Management**: Design, manage, and optimize database systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- **Agile Development**: Participate in **Scrum** ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- **Debug & Troubleshoot**: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in the codebase to improve overall system performance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in **Python** and relevant frameworks (e.g., **Django**, **Flask**).
- Solid experience with **RESTful APIs** and integrating third-party services.
- Proficiency in **SQL** and experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience in working with **cloud services** (e.g., AWS, GCP) for deployment and scaling.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like **Scrum** and tools like **JIRA**.
- Strong understanding of **data structures** and **algorithms**.
- Knowledge of integrating AI models is a plus.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with **AI/ML frameworks**.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like **React** or **Vue.js**.
- Experience in microservices architecture and **Docker**/**Kubernetes**.
