Coordinator - Defects Management - 23000144
- United Arab Emirates- Closing Date: May 14th 2023Responsible for all support and administration tasks for the Defects Liability Project (DLP).
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Key Activities_
- Supports the DLP in all administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
- Manages diaries and schedules meetings and appointments.
- Assists the site management team with the selection and mobilization of all third-party service providers.
- Attends regular management meetings with service providers and coordinates follow ups on action items.
- Ensures all planned and reactive work orders are completed on site as per standards.
- Carries out daily ‘Back of House’ and ‘Front of House’ rounds, ensuring the building is in good order, noting any defects and escalating the defects to department.
- Liaises with the Facilities Management Helpdesk and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Coordinator to ensure all Maintenance activities are recorded within the CAFM System.
- Ensures Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out as per the schedule and agreed Service Level
- Coordinates the rectification works and ensure these have been recorded to a central file during the defects liability period.
- Coordinates the access of main contractors to carry out outstanding works and snag works within the handed over venues.
**Qualifications**:
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS**
- Minimum Qualification_
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience_
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Knowledge / Skills_
- Skill in the use of a personal computer and word processing software, including rapid data entry keyboarding functions, databases, spreadsheets, and specialized purchasing software (ORACLE); working knowledge of procurement and purchasing procedures;
