- Preparing official letters, both on paper and electronically.
- Coordination and organization of administrative work.
- Organizing and implementing activities and events.
- Accurate follow-up work with the Dean of Student Affairs.
- Activate and follow up the electronic communication sites.
- Acceptance of any assignment from the Dean of Student Affairs, commensurate with the vision and tasks of the university.

**General Terms**:

- 1-2 years experience in the relevant field, fresh graduate can also apply.
- Proficiency in English language, spoken and written.
- Holder of UAE driving License.
- Good command on computer skills, particularly MS office programs
