**The Person**:
To be successful in this role, The Project Manager must have excellent leadership and communication skills. **A strong knowledge of building Façades and glazing from an installation point of view all the way through to maintenance.**

**Preferably with experience from a Façade/glass company and some form of project management qualification.**

Must have a good knowledge of safety standards and quality control with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

They should also have a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating technical and cleaning projects. They are responsible for planning and executing projects, managing resources and personnel, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**

Some of the key responsibilities of a The Project Manager include but are not limited to:
**Project Planning**: Developing detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, equipment, materials, and timelines. This involves identifying project requirements and constraints, allocating resources, and defining project milestones.

**Resource Allocation**: Assigning skilled rope access technicians and other personnel to project teams based on their expertise and availability. This includes coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure all necessary resources are in place.

**Risk Management**: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. This involves conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing preventive measures to minimize accidents and injuries.

**Project Coordination**: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project team members. This includes facilitating effective communication between all stakeholders, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise, and ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met.

**Quality Control**: Monitoring project progress to ensure that work is completed to the required quality standards. This involves conducting regular inspections and audits, reviewing project documentation and reports, and addressing any non-conformities or deficiencies.

**Budget Management**: Monitoring project costs and expenses to ensure adherence to the budget. This includes tracking project expenditures, reviewing financial reports, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. This involves promoting a culture of safety among project team members, conducting regular safety meetings, and training sessions, and implementing safety protocols and procedures.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project schedules, reports, and records. This includes preparing progress reports for clients and management, documenting lessons learned, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
