**Detailed Responsibilities**:

- Have primary responsibility for the completion of MENA Projects tenders and maintaining all submissions deadlines.
- Collecting and consolidating all required information and documentation, from internal and external stakeholders, to ensure submission of complete tenders to the clients.
- Working closely on pricing and solutions to meet the customer requirements within the scope of the given projects.
- Review and prepares all reports and bid packages as defined in the SOP to ensure satisfactory submission.
- Monitors bid support budgets and report any potential overrun and/or misalignment to the management.
- Attend internal and external meetings as and when required, and prepare MOMs and presentations to support the Regional Projects BD and management team.
- Prepare and maintain the order book (Pipeline) and presenting it to the Management.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to ensure closeout of any outstanding tasks, assigned to the department.
- Assist and attend to customer demands and requirements through verbal and written correspondence.
- Analyze and Identify lanes, market information, segmentations, and opportunities to develop as well as sharing the output with the management.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly update with Sales achieved for a month end closing reporting of revenues and order income.
- Answer internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain current customer records; track the status of orders and deliveries; and generate sales reports and statistics.
- Submit Sales Strategies, Sales Support, and KIPs to management.
- CRM Administration (if applicable) or any similar platforms used for the Projects - MENA region.
- Be able to acknowledge and understand company capabilities and identify improvement areas where needed
- Achieve KPI’s set by management.
- DSV supply Code of Conduct is adhered to.
- Other tasks assigned by management

**Qualifications & Characteristics**:

- Bachelor’s in commerce, Administration or Equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, order processing, in a multi-national Project logistics forwarder or similar. MENA region experience is preferable.
- Industry Expertise in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPCs, in the MENA regions.
- General Office skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English - writing and speaking.

- Ability to communicate industry related information to people outside our industry
- Diplomatic, influencing & trustworthy
- Ability to define requirements, analyse facts, and determine relevant solutions/actions to be taken
