Adjunct Faculty

**Job Requirements**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive online courses in healthcare management.
- Utilize various instructional methods, including lectures, discussions, case studies, and simulations, to facilitate student learning.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic success.
- Collaborate with the student support team to design and update course materials and learning resources.
- Incorporate current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare management into the curriculum.
- Ensure alignment of course objectives with program outcomes and accreditation standards.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and presentations, in the field of healthcare management.
- Guide students by supervising throughout their research works.

**Qualifications**:

- A doctoral degree in healthcare management, business administration, public health, or a related field from an accredited institution
- To who have sufficient amount of research papers published.
- Previous experience teaching healthcare management courses at the undergraduate or graduate level, preferably in an online or remote setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare management theory, principles, and practices, with a focus on healthcare delivery systems, leadership, quality improvement, and healthcare policy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment.
- Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in education and promoting cultural competence in healthcare management.
- Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard) and other educational technologies to facilitate online instruction.
- A track record of scholarly activity, including publications, presentations, and/or grants, in the field of healthcare management is desirable.

**Salary**: AED300.00 - AED500.00 per hour
