**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Upstream Oil and Gas Training Coordinator to join our team. As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for our internal & external stakeholders. The goal is to ensure that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles, while adhering to industry best practices and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Training Program Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for various positions within the company's upstream oil and gas operations, including drilling, production, and exploration.
- Design and update training modules, materials, and resources to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with best practices.

2. **Training Delivery and Facilitation**:

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training activities for employees.
- Conduct training sessions and facilitate workshops, ensuring effective delivery of training content to meet learning objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and instructors involved in delivering technical, operational, and safety-related training.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on training activities, progress, and outcomes for management review.

4. **External Trainings & Logistics Coordination's for Delegates & officials at international locations.**

5. **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and new training methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs.
- Collaborate with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) department to integrate safety training components into the overall training curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Previous experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, ideally involving training coordination or instructional design within Iraq is required.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, processes, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple training programs concurrently.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
