Your Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, and develop recruitment strategies that align with their business goals.
- Guide clients through the hiring process, providing support and advice on employment contracts, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, reporting progress to senior management as required.

Your Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment account management or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and channels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
