Responsibilities
- Design Review, Coordination of drawings and details with ongoing site / clients
- Creating Revit templates, Project setup and BIM workflows as per requirement - Execution of design proposal as per client requirement.
- Developing BIM model for building, site etc. with necessary details as/LOD
- Extract architectural working drawings, with proper annotation from BIM model
- Coordinate architecture with structures and other services.
- Performing the clash detection and co-ordination using Revit and Navisworks.
- Maintain protocol and quality of work.
- Managing the project delivery in terms of quality, time, and cost.
- Prior experience of working on Landscape Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. 3 - 7 Years of experience in the software's mentioned below Skills
- Solid experience with Revit, TEKLA, Lumion, Endscape, Photoshop, InDesign and related software.
- Knowledge and experience in using Environment and Foreground (Plug-ins for Revit) would be highly preferred
- Exceptional collaborative and organizational skills to share information about the project and the status of the work.

**Salary**: From AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
