Our agency client is looking for a Social Media/Influencer Manager for who will be responsible for delivering impactful social media and brand presence to the agency and its clients.
**Responsibilities**

Planning & Strategy:

- Build the agency’s SM and PR roadmap
- Develop and implement SM strategies and presence with key stakeholders to enhance lead generation activities and overall brand beyond simply “broadcasting.”
- Develop and drive proactive and new contact strategies to keep the audience engaged as they progress through the sales/admissions process.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns, strategies, and activity plan to drive customers/stakeholders/audience engagement across the agency’s business portfolio.
- Develop the best media and PR mix for promotional strategies
- Initiate and implement measurable strategies that aid in driving the business’s revenue goals and increasing awareness at all levels of the business’s reach.
- Develop social communication plans that promptly and effectively reach target segments and deliver them to creative and account management teams for adoption.

Brand Engagement:

- Develop brand engagement strategy, working with creative and account management teams to ensure that the communication is rolled out, embedded, and at the core of all digital marketing initiatives
- Represent the social media team at cross-organizational project groups and meetings, giving presentations and running workshops to support embedding and understanding of social media and PR.
- Develop strategies and manage digital marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms.
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting campaigns.
- On the agency’s accounts, communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries promptly.

Collaboration
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create solid plans and strategies that will have a vast consumer outreach.
- Work with clients to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives.
- Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates for content, and ensure the applicable agreements are in place.
- Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events.
- Maintain relationships with influencers and ensure influencer marketing campaigns deliver desired results Awareness Building/Offline Initiatives.
- Build awareness to ensure that the agency is seen as a thought-leader in the field or market, building and leveraging connections ensuring that market influencers within the business’s industry and demographics are aware of and support the brand.
- Compel the stakeholders to promote the brand organically, which will lead to increased awareness of the brand in the market, thereby attracting potential consumers.

Brand Building/Story Telling
- Assist in developing and growing the business’s unique and compelling voice, which also aids in building awareness, uniqueness, relevance, esteem, and reputation among target consumers.
- Ensure that brand is strong and consistent in all campaigns.
- Rally efforts within social media and beyond ensure that the brand’s standards are maintained across all channels.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights
- Analyse digital marketing campaign performance and ROI reporting, including lead analysis, competitor reports, consumer insights to develop future marketing strategies.
- Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends.
- Analysing the effect of different online and offline channels on each other.
- Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data, and customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution
**Requirements**:

- Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple social accounts is imperative.
- Proficient in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook.
- Knowledge of developing and implementing social media strategies.
