We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier for our perfume shop. As a cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and maintaining the reputation of our perfume shop.

**Responsibilities**:

- **1. Customer Service**:_ Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their inquiries or purchases. Provide information about different perfumes, their ingredients, and their fragrance families. Offer suggestions and recommendations based on customer preferences.
- **2. Cash Handling**:_ Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges promptly while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- **3. Product Knowledge**:_ Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products available in the store, including their features, pricing, and promotions. Stay updated on new arrivals, popular fragrances, and industry trends.
- **4. Stock Management**:_ Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store shelves and displays. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
- **5. Upselling and Cross-selling**:_ Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers by showcasing complementary items or special promotions. Encourage customers to sign up for loyalty programs or newsletters to enhance their shopping experience.
- **6. Problem Resolution**:_ Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex situations to the appropriate supervisor if necessary.
- **7. Adherence to Policies**:_ Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and safety protocols. Follow all relevant regulations and guidelines related to retail operations.
- **8. Team Collaboration**:_ Collaborate with colleagues and other team members to ensure smooth store operations. Assist in tasks such as restocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and fulfilling online orders.

**Requirements**:
1. Prior experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a similar environment such as a perfume shop or beauty store.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.

3. Proficiency in basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

4. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

5. Knowledge of fragrances and perfumes is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and expand product knowledge.

6. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the store's operating hours.

7. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
