Job Title: AV Programmer/ System Integrator (Crestron, Lutron, KNX, C4)

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, program, and configure Crestron-based control systems for audiovisual installations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to gather requirements and develop comprehensive programming solutions.
- Develop custom user interfaces and touch panel designs that are user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Integrate AV systems with other systems such as; LCS (Lighting Control Systems) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Systems, to create cohesive control environments.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AV programming and integration techniques.
- Document and maintain programming codes, system configurations, and project-related documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the operation of AV systems.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in AV programming, particularly with Crestron control systems.
- Strong understanding of AV system architecture, signal flow, and audio/video signal processing.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Crestron SIMPL, Crestron Toolbox, and Crestron Studio.
- Profeicient in programming Lutron, KNX or Control4.
- Knowledge of LCS (Lighting Control Systems) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) integration with AV systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and protocols such as RS-232, IP, TCP/IP, and UDP.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve programming and integration issues.
- Ability to interpret project requirements, technical drawings, and system schematics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and project management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP), are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in AV programming and integration, with a focus on Crestron systems.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial AV projects is a plus.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
