**The Role**

**Requirements**:

- Engineering or sustainability related degree.
- LEED Accredited Professional.
- PQP (PBRS & PCRS)
- Five to ten years of experience in sustainability field.
- The ability to handle projects individually and positively represent the business.
- Experience with preparing strategy, implementation and certification of best practice schemes, including Al Saafat, EHS Trakhees Green Building, LEED, Estidama, GSAS and WELL.
- Experience in Energy Modelling, Daylight analysis and Lighting analysis.
- Possess a body of knowledge allowing you to evaluate ESD attributes and opportunities within designs, and where improvements are required (mechanical, façade, spatial etc).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong Presentation & Reporting skills.
- Excellent Organizational skills.
- Client liaison and relationship management throughout various stages of a project.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, effectively planning to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage the various sustainability aspects of complex design and construction projects, with aspiring Net-Zero carbon targets.
- Flexibility to travel for meetings and site visits where necessary
