**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and deliver basketball training sessions in line with our curriculum and coaching philosophy.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of individual players, providing feedback and support as necessary.
- Engage with students, parents, and school staff, maintaining a professional and positive relationship.
- Ensure safety guidelines are adhered to during all training sessions and events.
- Organize and participate in matches, tournaments, and other basketball-related events.
- Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques, drills, and training methods.
- Work collaboratively with other coaches, administrative staff, and stakeholders.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Salary: 3000.
- Accommodation provided.
- Transport provided to sessions.
- Residency visa provided post probation period.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant coaching accreditations.
- Proven experience as a basketball coach or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of basketball techniques, rules, and developments.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with children and young adults.
- Adaptable to different teaching and coaching methods based on the age group and skill level.
- Must be willing to be based in Abu Dhabi and accommodate varying schedules.
