**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Scale Model Creation**: Design and construct highly detailed architectural scale models according to provided specifications, blueprints, and sketches.
- **Material Selection and Procurement**: Identify appropriate materials for scale model construction, ensuring accuracy, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
- **Precision and Detailing**: Execute precise measurements and intricate detailing to accurately represent architectural features, textures, and proportions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough quality checks throughout the model-making process to maintain consistency, integrity, and adherence to project requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project objectives, timelines, and design specifications.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve technical challenges and design complexities encountered during the scale model creation process.
- **Workspace Organization**: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including proper storage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of materials used, project progress, and time spent on each phase of model creation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in architectural scale model making, including expertise in using various materials such as foam board, wood, plastic, and acrylics.
- Proficiency in spray painting techniques, including knowledge of color mixing, shading, and layering.
- Strong artistic and spatial visualization skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into three-dimensional models.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for precision craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Flexibility to accommodate project deadlines and evolving requirements.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural scale modeling and spray painting is highly desirable.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
