As an Aluminum Supervisor/Foreman you will be overseeing and coordinating aluminum fabrication and installation projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled workers, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards and specifications. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and expertise in aluminum-related tasks will be essential in the successful execution of projects.

**Qualification**:

- Must have UAE experience working in a Joinery.
- Knowledge and understanding of aluminum processing including rolling, drawing, extrusion and casting.
- Possess a strong understanding of aluminum fabrication techniques, including cutting, welding, and bending.
- Strong knowledge in fabrication and installation as per required quality standards and specifications.
- Proven ability to problem solves and identify potential issues early on in productions.
- Experience in leading a team of workers through the production process.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, able to clearly explain complex concepts to less experienced personnel.
