**Job Overview**:
Royal Damac Tours and Travel is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, engaging potential customers, and promoting our travel services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service over the phone.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and features of Royal Damac Tours and Travel services.
- Customize sales pitches based on customer needs and preferences.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and handle objections effectively.
- Knowledge of travel industry products and services is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma; additional education or certification in sales is a plus.
