**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers via telephone, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold-calling techniques.
- Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and answer any customer inquiries.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products/services, and upsell or cross-sell as appropriate.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including call logs, sales activities, and pipeline information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Continuously improve sales skills and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing sales deals.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejection in a positive manner.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
