Sales Cordinator

Sales Coordinator is who can organize sales and marketing activities, as well as develop an effective client relationship management system. The Sales Coordinator will work with management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are going smoothly, and that client files are available and up to date for our Sales team. If you enjoy working in a fun, team environment and have some sales experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Responsible for generating sales reports as required on routine / non-routine basis.

Responsible for location address updating / modifications - ensuring that site confirmations have been done first before effecting any changes

Responsible for coordinating the processes for Machine installation / removal / maintenance.

Responsible for direct contact / communication with maintenance department to ensure completion of all such jobs.

Responsible for managing the route planning process. Responsible for all route updates in system and ensuring that they are processed without delay

Responsible for providing necessary sales support to team on all sales related matters - ensuring that sales team is provided with the information or assistance as required

Assist and update customer with new business plans and offers

Responsible to perform any other duties as assigned by superiors / management.

**Daily Tasks**

Adding New Customer ID in Access and Navision system

Preparing Proforma invoices, Rental Invoices, Delivery notes and LPO

Preparing new customer contracts and renewals

Follow up for renewal of sales contracts

Documents preparation for sales contracts cancellation

Preparing Machine Ingredients for New Installation and replacement

Follow up pending payments (When required)

Preparing Delivery Notes for Machine (New Installation and Replacement) and Ingredients

Scheduling Replacement, Removal and Additional Machine (to be approved by Technical Team and Sales Executive)

Preparing Monthly Report for Installation, Replacement and removal of Machines

Maintaining Customer Machine Record in Access

Updating Sales Income in Access

Preparing Consumption Report / Sales Report MCS Contract

Preparing Monthly List of New Customers

Receiving Calls for Complains (NOT ALL)

Preparation of staff access pass when required.

**Skills and Competencies**

Good communication skills

Experience dealing with figures

Ability to work in teams with many tasks

Ability to meet deadlines

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
