**ob Title**: IT Administrator (Networking, Server, Web Designing)

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring uptime and reliability.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and upgrades of server software and hardware.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, patches, and software updates.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Design and develop responsive websites, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement web solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT, networking, and web design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) as an IT Administrator with expertise in networking, server management, and web designing.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN.
- Proficiency in server administration, including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of web design principles and proficiency in web development languages and tools, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web hosting platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users and team members.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, and web design certifications are a plus.
