**Job Title: Nurse Supervisor for Homecare**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Staff Scheduling**: Develop and maintain an efficient schedule for nursing staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all patient visits and shifts.

2. **Patient Care Coordination**: Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure timely and appropriate care delivery to patients in their homes, adhering to care plans and treatment protocols.

3. **Logistics Management**: Oversee the logistics of the homecare service, including coordinating with drivers for patient pick-up and drop-off, ensuring punctuality and efficiency in transportation arrangements.

4. **Supervision and Training**: Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct training sessions as needed to enhance staff competency.

5. **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of care provided to patients, conduct regular assessments, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure high-quality service delivery.

6. **Communication and Coordination**: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between nursing staff, drivers, patients, and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care. Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure smooth operations.

7. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of patient care activities, staff schedules, and operational processes. Prepare reports as required by management or regulatory authorities.

8. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the homecare service. Implement initiatives to optimize operations and enhance patient satisfaction.

9. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including those set forth by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure timely implementation of required adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Valid DHA certification as a Registered Nurse Supervisor.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a homecare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of homecare operations and logistics management.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and service excellence.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

- NURSE HOMECARE: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- DHA LICENSE (required)
