Padel Coach

Mantra is a Holistic wellbeing concept located in Alqoz that provides Padel, Tennis, Yoga, Reformer, and Indoor Cycling activities. In addition, we offer as well a space for remote workers and a food and beverage corner for snacks enthusiasts.

We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for our new Padel Coach.

In this role you will be expected to:

- Manage individual and group Padel coaching sessions for players of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop personalized training programs to help players improve their technical skills, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and mental strength.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to enhance their performance and address areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate practice sessions, tournaments, and events.
- Support with the recruitment and retention of Padel players by promoting the club and its activities.
- Help us maintain equipment, facilities, and safety standards to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable playing environment.
- A proven experience as a Padel coach in the Dubai, with a strong understanding of techniques, and strategies to teach.
- Smooth communication skills, with the right approach to engage and motivate players of all ages and backgrounds.
- Fluency in English, verbally and in writing.
- Passion for Padel and a genuine desire to help others improve their skills, achieve their goals, and enjoy the sport.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of players and the program.
- CPR and First Aid certification would be a plus.
