- Pool Maintenance: Supervise and participate in the cleaning, chemical balancing, and maintenance of all pools on the property, including indoor and outdoor facilities.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all pool facilities meet or exceed safety standards set by regulatory authorities and practices. Implement procedures to minimize risks to guests and staff, including regular inspections and maintenance of safety equipment.
- Water Quality Management: Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry in all pools, including pH levels, chlorine concentration, and alkalinity. Conduct regular water testing and adjustments to ensure a safe and comfortable swimming environment.
