**Secretary responsibilities**:
- Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate

- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
**Requirements and skills**:
1. Proven experience as executive secretary
2. Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
4. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
5. Integrity and confidentiality
6. 2 or more years UAE experience
7. FEMALE ONLY
**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
