Freelance Capm

**PINNACLE Innovation & Education**, a unique Training Company in Dubai is on the hunt for certified and experienced **Freelance CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) Trainer** to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel and aspirants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain course materials (presentation content, student and instructor guides, demo scripts, hands-on exercises, assessments and certification exam scenarios, and narration scripts).
- Ensure all relevant evidence of learning is accurately and correctly documented and completed for each learner
- To carry out progress reviews with apprentices in their workplace ensuring that regular contact and progress in learning is maintained
- Review course content and delivering methods on a regular basis
- Assessing Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship Standard
- Setting the right assessment tools to measure the understanding of the students.
- Maintain interactive classroom session and conventional communication methods
**Job Requirements**:

- MBA/PG Degree in Business Management Studies
- Certified in PMP, RMP, CAPM, ACP
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training CAPM or project management related Prior work experience in educating and training is a must.
- Knowledge of UAE culture is preferable.
- Highly experienced and highly qualified assessor/professional with extensive experience of training groups of all levels
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Passionate about teaching and educating, must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with student and aspirants
