The HR Officer plays a pivotal role in the human resources department, overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, visa processing, HR operations, and managing the HR Information System (HRIS). This position demands a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills to support and enhance the organization’s HR processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment**:

- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate interview schedules, conduct background checks, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

**2. Employee Engagement**:

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Address employee concerns promptly, ensuring a supportive work environment.

**3. Payroll and Benefits Administration**:

- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Manage employee benefits programs, collaborating with external providers for health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Liaise with finance and accounting departments for seamless payroll processing.

**4. Visa Processing**:

- Coordinate with external agencies and legal counsel for visa-related matters.
- Stay updated on visa regulations and advise employees and management accordingly.

**5. HR Operations and HRIS Management**:

- Oversee HR operations, including record-keeping, document management, and compliance.
- Manage the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal utilization.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and support to employees on HRIS usage.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, preferably with HRIS management experience.
- Well versed with UAE labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
