Architect Interior Designer

Conceptualize and create designs for buildings, considering factors such as aesthetics, functionality, safety and environmental impact.
- Develop detailed blueprints, drawings and specifications that outline the construction process, materials and dimensions
- Assess the site where a building will be constructed, taking into account factors like geography, climate, and local regulations.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, construction teams and other professionals to ensure that the design meets all requirements and is feasible.
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring that the design is implemented correctly and managing any changes or issues that arise
- To incorporate new materials, technologies and sustainable practices into their designs to create innovative and efficient structures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, other units, contractors and government agencies to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and responsibilities as when needed.
- Develop best practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provides key input to (preventative) maintenance requirements and align with goals, standards, surface operational strategies and ensure execution.
- Provides regular project updates/reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Determine the layout and arrangement of furniture, fixtures and other elements within a space to optimize functionality and flaw.
- Select materials, textures and furnishings to create a cohesive and visually pleasing design that aligns with the preferences and the space's purpose
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their preferences, needs, and budget constraints and then translate those into design concepts.
- Choose appropriate materials, finishes and fabrics for various surfaces and elements within the interior space.
- Manage the execution of the design plan, coordinating with contractors, suppliers and other professionals to ensure the design is implemented accurately.
- Ensures that all matters are agreed and discussed with immediate Supervisor prior to escalation/implementation of action or resolutions if with problems to the Operations Project Director

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
