**About the role**:
This immersive 6-month programme includes flights and accommodation in Dubai, along with a structured training curriculum and dedicated mentorship. We're invested in setting you up for success. And for outstanding participants, there's even a chance to join our team as a Junior Trader upon successful completion of the programme.

**What you will be doing in the role**:

- Engage in daily trading and optimization of our assets to maximize profitability.
- Manage trade settlements and nominations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Monitor market trends and conduct analysis to identify trading opportunities.
- Participate in our 24/7 shift rotation, ensuring comprehensive market coverage.

**We are looking for individuals who**:

- Hold a BSc/MSc in a numerical field such as economics, finance, mathematics, or statistics.
- Demonstrate outstanding analytical skills and a penchant for mental arithmetic.
- Possess a commercial mindset with strong entrepreneurial traits.
- Exhibit unwavering resilience and decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Excel in communication, both written and verbal.
- Embrace autonomy while contributing as a strong team player.
- Knowledge of energy markets and proficient coding skills are highly desirable but not a requirement.
