Motor Winder

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Motor Winder.**

As a Motor Winder, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining electric motor generator stators, armatures, and rotors. If you have expertise in motor winding and enjoy working with electrical components, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and test electric motor generator stators, armatures, or rotors.
- Inspect cores for defects and align laminations using hammer drift.
- File burrs from core slots using hand files, portable power files, and scrapers.
- Line slots with sheet insulation and insert coils into slots.
- Cut, strip, and bend wire leads at the ends of coils using pliers and wire scrapers.
- Twist leads together to connect coils.
- Tap coil and end windings to shape using a hammer and fiber block.
- Test windings for motor-housing clearance, grounds, and short circuits using various tools, including clearance gauge, growler, spring-steel blade, telephone receiver, insulation tester, and Resistance Bridge.
- Wind new coils on armatures, stators, or rotors of used motors or generators.
- Rewind defective coils as needed.

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month
