Finishing Chargehand

**Job duties and responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage finishing activities, including painting, plastering, tiling, and other decorative works.
- Ensure the work is completed per design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, project engineers, and labor teams to ensure smooth work progress.
- Inspect work regularly, identify issues, and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain safety standards on-site and ensure the team follows all safety protocols.
- Manage labor and material resources efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

**Job qualifications/requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction finishing or similar role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, technical certification in finishing works, or construction-related training is preferred.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead a team of finishing workers.
- In-depth knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and industry standards.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
