**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: A minimum of one year of experience as an admin in a real estate brokerage office.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in creating and using smart forms, such as A, B, F.
- Strong experience in preparing and posting advertisements on major real estate platforms like **Bayut** and **Property Finder**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing daily administrative operations in the office.
- Preparing and coordinating documents and forms necessary for real estate transactions.
- Posting and updating property listings on various platforms.
- Following up with clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
