**Accountant/ HR/ Admin/ PRO**
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and other financial reports.
- Update accounts receivables and issued invoices.
- Update accounts payable, performed reconciliations and managing the credit policy.
- Reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts, co-ordination with the banks for payments and receipts.
- Documentation of accounting transactions by entering account information.
- Record all the transactions in proper ledger and managing day to day accounting function and Internal Controls for all Risky areas to enhance workflow.
- Ensure timely deposit of cash/cheque with bank on daily basis.
- Controlling and processing payments to supplier.
- Verifying and scrutinizing of journals vouchers & ledger.
- Ensure accurate monitoring of PDC cheque issued and received.
- Timely posting of accounting entries, maintaining petty cash & managing the petty expenses such as utilities and transportation expense.
- Prepare the payroll of Employees and processing through Wages Protection System.
- Managing Employees data file and processing of visas and contract of new and renewal employees.
- Manage Business License Renewal, Office Rental Renewal, Staff and Managers Health Insurance, vehicle and vehicle insurance renewal.
- Computing & Filing for VAT for all three branches.
- Reporting directly to Management for other admin task.

Preferable to have previous experience with tech or insurance companies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
