Cleaner Handyman

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the entire business center, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for our clients and visitors.
Handle routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
Ensure that restrooms and kitchen areas are clean and well-stocked.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the management promptly.

Technical Skills:
Utilize your electrical and mechanical expertise to address minor maintenance and repair issues within the business center.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical problems as they arise.
Perform routine checks on equipment and systems to ensure they are in proper working order.
Assist in setting up and arranging furniture or equipment as needed.

**Requirements**:
Proven Experience:
Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance roles.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Versatility:
Ability to switch between cleaning duties and minor maintenance tasks seamlessly.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.

Time Management:
Efficient time management skills to prioritize cleaning and maintenance tasks effectively.

Communication:
Good communication skills to report any maintenance needs or concerns to the management.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, to accommodate business center needs.

**Salary**: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
