Human Resources Manager

Position Overview: As a Human Resource Manager at a real estate agency, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and implementing effective HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization through effective talent management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and the organization.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with the company's policies, procedures, culture, and values.
- Act as a mediator in employee-related conflicts or issues, addressing concerns in a fair and impartial manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes open communication and employee well-being.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans and support employees in achieving their professional goals.
- Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Work with external training providers as necessary and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Manage the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry practices to propose adjustments to the agency's compensation packages as needed.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure the agency's practices remain compliant.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Compile and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports for management to assess HR effectiveness and inform decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Salary**: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
