We are a reputable company specializing in providing high-quality security systems solutions, CCTV, access control systems, automatic doors, intercoms, and smart home technologies for residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure.

**Responsibilities**:

- _Identify Prospects_: Research and identify potential customers who would benefit from our security systems solutions, and smart home technologies.
- _Sales Presentations_: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our comprehensive security and automation solutions.
- _Consultative Selling_: Understand customers' specific security and automation needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet their requirements.
- _Generate Leads_: Actively pursue leads through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and online platforms, for all our offered services.
- _Sales Cycle Management_: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale and post-sales support for security systems, and smart home technologies.
- _Relationship Building_: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term partnerships across all our service offerings.
- _Stay Updated_: Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the value propositions of our security system solutions, and smart home technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a related industry such as CCTV, access control, or automation.
- Knowledge of Security and Automation Systems: Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control solutions, automatic doors, security systems, and smart home technologies will be advantageous.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the features and benefits of our comprehensive security and automation solutions.
- Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, and meet targets.
- Customer-Oriented: A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Result-Driven: Ambitious and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
