Padel Coach

Position**:Padel Coach**

Location**:Abu Dhabi**

**Role overview**

To work at the padel facility indoor and outdoor, conducting lessons and coaching for guests, and drive revenue.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist beginners on the courts to explain the rules and games of padel
- Upsell lessons to beginners and advanced players
- Manage the lessons schedule and timings
- Drive revenue through lessons, retail and equipment rentals
- Ensure that the courts are in good working conditions
- Assist guest in converting the inquiry to experience
- Liaise with the third party company (SIS) for maintenance of the courts where needed
- Ensure that all rackets are in good conditions and presentable
- Make sure that the area is safe through daily checklists
- Assist colleagues where needed in the recreation department
- Check daily the outdoor padel courts to ensure that it is safe and clean for rentals
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that the place is clean; maintain cleanliness of surrounding area
- Manage playtomic bookings and ensure that payment are being collected
- Ensure that the locker room, store are clean and safe
- Assist during competitions and events

**Minimum Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or High School or any related field or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years’ UAE experience preferred
- Must be a Licensed Tennis Coach in UAE
- Previous experience related to Padel with outdoor recreational and sports facilities
- Padel is mainly physical and require a good level of fitness

**Salary**: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
