**Responsibilities**:
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to customers based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Process reservations, issue tickets, and confirm bookings accurately and efficiently using reservation systems or booking platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to confirm bookings, update reservations, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions in the company database or booking system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and promotional offers to provide relevant information to customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, updating inventory, and processing payments, as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service to customers.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in ticketing, reservations, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing bookings.
