1.Security training officers may fulfill a role comparable to that of a senior security guard. They train new staff or ensure that they complete required training, assess their work performance and provide on-the-job guidance.

2.They are responsible for implementing standardized training programs that security guards must take to be qualified for their job

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
