1. Acknowledge & greet the patients and visitors as soon as they entered the clinic.
2. Take EID of the patient as soon as the patient reach in the clinic,
a. Confirm Patient’s identity.
b. Register patients via card reader and complete the details manually as well.
c. Enter all the patient’s information Demographics (Medical Alerts, Medicines etc.)
e. Obtain signature for all consent forms (Daman/Adnic, Gen., Minor, etc.)
f. Check Open Jet Eligibility at the time of patient’s arrival & update in EMR.
g. Update Insurance info (including coverage).
h. Checked in patient / ring to doctor’s room.
i. Inform cash patients about the service charges prior to the consultation.
3. After doctor’s consultation,
a. Collect cash as per insurance or private patient protocol.
b. Generate invoice (obtain signature).
c. Provide invoice to the patient (hard copy/soft copy).
d. Consent form signature.
e. Completion form signature.
g. Return EID.
h. Book another appointment.
i. Take verbal/written feedback from all the patients about consultation & overall experience.
4. Confirmation of appointment via call a day before.
5. Appointment reminder via message/call on the same day.
6. Cancellation/Rescheduling of appointments
**Responsibilities**
1. Answer the phone as soon as possible for internal and external calls.
2. Quick response to patient complaints.
3. Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
4. Booking of appointments, for new patients give priority to senior doctor.
5. Distribution of patients inside the clinic as per the instructions of treating doctor. outside referrals should be with top management’s consent.
7. Endorsement/ handover for patient with special requests, expiry of pre-auth approval.
11. Assuring quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards.
12. Call the missed appointments on daily basis.
13. Collect patient satisfaction surveys on daily basis.
14. Resolve patient’s problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
15. Maintaining safe and clean environment by complying with procedure and rules.
16. Protect patients and employees by adhering infection control policy.
17. Maintaining inventory by checking it regularly.
18. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending education and workshops/trainings.
19. Work as a team to enhance the overall productivity of ADC.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
