Electrical Wireman

Wiring Switch gear panels as per the Work instructions/ Load schedule/ Circuit / BOM/ IEC 61439-1/ IEC 61439-2/ Applicable country and region regulations

Read the Bill of material, load schedule, circuit diagram to execute the work.

Arrange the mounting plate assembly as per GA Selection of proper wire sizing for the circuit Connect power and control wiring as per the circuit.

Check the circuit for in-process inspection

Ensure proper tight, continuity Ferrule / cable marking as required in the circuit Fixing the breaker accessories Modification of ACB by fixing motorized, shunt, mechanical/electrical interlocks etc

Wiring the internal components of VFD, Soft starter. Perform instructions given Production foreman in proper and timely manner

Wiring of special purpose components in the LV panels Wiring of human interfaces/ displays.

Able to read and understand work Instruction/ Assembly instruction/ Product catalogue/Item codes Wiring of SMDB, DB, Cap-Bank, LV panels, MCC ( DOL WYE-DELTA,VFD, PLC, Softstater)

Ferruling Knowledge of Local regulations/ std regulations/ IEC 60439 Product knowledge of ABB, Siemens, L&T, Schneider, Mitsubishi, LS,
- Previous experience in the Middle East region is preferred. _

**Experience**: - PANEL MANUFACTURING: 2 years (required) - LV SG WIRING

**Qualification**: ITI - Electrial / Diploma
