Dy. Mcc Manager

**We **are **currently looking for an Dy. MCC Manager**

**_ Core Job responsibilities:_**
- Maintenance management organization in accordance with the airline’s maintenance procedures.
- Ensure appropriate training to all MCC staff.
- Coordination of engineering activities and maintenance planning activities with the company’s Head of Engineering;
- Ensure verification and assessment of all maintenance data for new aircraft /engines / landing gear /APU and other components in the fleet;
- Review and analysis of aircraft maintenance work packages at the planning stage and after works performance;
- Organization of aircraft/engines maintenance in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Programs and Maintenance schedule, including provision of required spares and equipment;
- Provide Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Manager with Daily Fleet Status Report on a daily basis;
- Organization of aircraft defects rectification in a timely manner;
- Monitor repetitive defects and take corrective action to close them.
- Coordination of material support requirements for routine and non-routine items with purchase group;
- Responsible for conducting Daily Defect Meetings and updating ATC about the serviceability status of the aircraft.
- Participation in incidents investigations;
- Participation in Reliability Control Board Meeting and advise additional maintenance / inspection requirements to improve the reliability per ATC chapter wise.
- Development of corrective and preventive actions to external and internal audits.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Engineering.
- Contribute to development and implementation of safety and security activities, programs, procedures;
- Follow established and not to take short cuts;
- Assist safety and security investigations;
- Report safety hazards, security threats, errors, safety events, and any incidents by filling in safety report in Centrik software;
- Provide feedback to managers on the implemented corrective, mitigation actions or other changes;
- Provide proposals for management system improvements;
- Participate in ERP exercises and deployments as per Company policies and procedures and in accordance with assigned duties as outlined in the AEROTRANSCARGO Emergency Response Plan
- Support compliance audits, security inspections and safety surveys.
- To Decide on the inventory of spares to be maintained in stock.
- To decide on the station where scheduled and unscheduled maintenance plan should be carried out.
- To decide whether an aircraft should be released with a defect on MEL or to Rectify the defect.

**_Educational Qualification:_**
- Any Relevant Degree

**_Aviation Experience:_**

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the similar role in the airline
