**Responsibilities**:
Outbound calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential family clients using provided contact lists or databases.

Client engagement: Engage with potential clients in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport and effectively communicating the benefits of our organization and services.

Offer free gift vouchers: Promote and offer free gift vouchers to potential clients as an incentive for them to visit our organization or participate in our activities.

Client information gathering: Collect necessary information from clients, such as contact details, preferences, and requirements, and accurately record it in our system.

Target achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of outbound calls, successful client engagements, and gift voucher conversions.

Follow-up calls: Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients who have expressed interest but have not yet availed the gift vouchers or engaged with our organization.

Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls made, client interactions, and outcomes in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Feedback and reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding client responses, suggestions, and concerns. Prepare reports on call outcomes and progress as required.

Professionalism and compliance: Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards during all client interactions.

Continuous learning: Stay updated with product knowledge, promotional offers, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Fluency in Malayalam is essential, with good spoken and written communication skills.

Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills to engage potential clients and encourage participation.

Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.

Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude, high energy level, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility in working hours, as occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required.

Knowledge of the local market and understanding of family-oriented services and preferences would be an advantage.
