We are currently looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team in a dual role as a Social Media Manager and Website Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both our online presence and digital operations.

As our Social Media Manager & Website Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and maintaining our website to ensure optimal performance and content. You will play a key role in increasing engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and maintaining a seamless user experience on our website.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Operations**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). must be professional photography & editing to post on social media.
- Create and curate engaging content for all social media channels to generate leads for a company.
- Monitor social media trends and use analytics tools to assess performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics.

**Website Maintenance**:

- Manage and update company website content regularly, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring it runs smoothly.
- Optimize website performance, including speed, functionality, and user experience.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
- Work with web development teams to ensure the website's technical aspects are up to date.
- Monitor and update website analytics to improve user experience and conversions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and website administration.
- Strong knowledge of social media best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Graphic design and content creation skills are a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity.
