**SITE Supervisor**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Managing all aspects of daily site activity, which primarily includes controlling and supervising labor.
- Experienced in implementing civil, architectural and interior works, able to plan and supervise work activities.
- Plan and over sight of structure and or architectural works and ensure the works are completed to the expected level of quality with in the designated time and budget as per the requirement of the Client’s specifications.
- Able to supervise site and team independently at all times and specifically during the installation of the structural set up at the event site.
- Able to plan the work assigned, to complete successfully.
- Able to read and execute given plan, schedule and drawings.
- Review and supervise or monitor civil works done by team to ensure they are according to the project specifications and requirements.
- Provide support and leadership to site team to resolve any structural construction activity related issues that may arise during work activities and to ensure successful completion of the project.
- Ensuring health and safety measures for both human as well as material resources are strictly followed at site.
- Verifying accuracy of computations in plans, drawings, and amounts.
- Planning work and organizing the site facilities efficiently in order to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
- Knowledge in construction materials, related products and its technical details.
- Reporting to the production manager through daily reports and details.

**Competencies**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- At least 6 - 8 years of proven work experience as Site Supervisor.
- Must be a holder of a valid UAE driving license.
- Must have prior strong fit out experience of executing projects.
- Be able to prepare daily detailed site progress reports for management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi & English. Proficiency in Arabic will be highly preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities; meet deadlines and work well

under pressure.
