**About the Role**

We are looking for the passionate individuals for support with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Working as a Shadow Teacher you will:

- Provide support, to students throughout their school day
- Work alongside teachers and other staff in enhancing the effective involvement of pupils with SEND and/or learning barriers in their academic and social development.
- Work with students to help develop their personal plans and aspirations
- Support students to develop crucial life skills to help them thrive

You will also need to be well organised, have an appreciation of health & safety in the workplace, along with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Highschool Certificate with two year of experience

**About You**

You will hold a High School Certificate and have a minimum of two years experience in a teaching and learning environment.
