**Order Management**:

- Ensure all orders are placed accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring correct payment processing.
- Deliver orders efficiently and ensure customers are satisfied with their experience.

**Cleanliness & Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar, tables, and dining area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist in daily cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, sweeping, and restocking supplies.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist fellow staff members during peak hours to deliver excellent service.

**Inventory & Stocking**:

- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.
- Restock supplies (coffee beans, cups, utensils, etc.) as needed throughout the shift.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a barista or waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and an understanding of various coffee drinks.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 kg.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
