**Key Responsibilities**
- **Menu Planning and Development**:

- Design balanced and nutritious menus for diverse customer groups, including corporate clients, events, and special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low-calorie).
- Analyze recipes and food items to ensure compliance with nutritional guidelines and customer preferences.
- **Nutritional Consultation**:

- Provide tailored dietary advice to clients based on their specific needs and health objectives.
- Work closely with clients to address dietary restrictions, allergies, and cultural preferences.
- **Collaboration and Training**:

- Partner with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure proper implementation of menu plans.
- Train staff on nutritional standards, portion control, and food safety practices.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular checks on ingredient quality and meal preparation to ensure compliance with nutritional standards.
- Monitor food labeling for accuracy, including calorie counts, allergens, and ingredient lists.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries regarding nutrition and dietary needs.
- Prepare and present reports on meal plans, nutritional value, and feedback analysis.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Stay updated with health regulations, food safety standards, and nutrition trends.
- Ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws and guidelines for food preparation and labeling.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in a catering or food service environment is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional guidelines and dietary planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in nutritional analysis software or tools is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Work Environment**
- Collaborative and fast-paced catering kitchen and office environment.
- Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or events.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- nutritionist: 3 years (required)
