**Key Responsibilities**:
**Revit Drafting**:

- Collaborate closely with esteemed project architects, engineers, and stakeholders to gain an intricate understanding of project objectives, design concepts, and overarching goals.
- Channel your extensive experience to meticulously craft intricate 2D and 3D architectural and engineering drawings using cutting-edge Revit software.
- Develop meticulously accurate plans, sections, elevations, and construction details that adhere with meticulous precision to industry standards, company protocols, and relevant building codes.
- Show finesse in assimilating precise feedback from project leads and discerning clients, exemplifying your capability to fine-tune and recalibrate drafts to resonate perfectly with design intent.
- Act as a critical nexus, ensuring seamless integration of your drafts within the broader spectrum of project documentation developed by our multifaceted teams.

**BIM Modeling**:

- Display your prowess by creating and orchestrating complex building information models with Autodesk Revit software, fostering elevated accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Experience in LOD 300, 400 & 500
- Forge 3D models that intricately replicate architectural and engineering designs, mirroring even the most nuanced of details with meticulous precision.
- Assume a leadership mantle in steering advanced BIM processes encompassing clash detection and coordination, proactively identifying and swiftly resolving design discrepancies to maintain a continuous project trajectory.
- Harmonize seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, substantiating that BIM models serve as an unequivocal reflection of project prerequisites and design specifications.
- Engineer exhaustive construction documents, artfully extracting essential data from the BIM models to curate meticulous and impeccable documentation.
- Lead the optimization and effective management of BIM content libraries, integral in maintaining uniformity and operational fluidity across our diverse spectrum of projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Academic foundation of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or a closely aligned field, underscoring your commitment to excellence in the discipline.
- Impeccable record substantiating a minimum of 5 years of active engagement as a Revit Draftsman, consistently manifesting an exemplary mastery of Autodesk Revit software.
- A distinguished trajectory exemplifying your expertise in BIM modeling, spanning a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in crafting, orchestrating, and optimizing intricate BIM models.
- Profound comprehension of architectural and engineering principles, fortified by a comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and a nuanced familiarity with relevant building codes.
- Proficiency in Revit for both drafting and BIM modeling, underscored by a refined skillset in sculpting families, parameters, and bespoke content.
- Immovable dedication to sustaining a superlative attention to detail, ensuring an unvarying output of precise, top-tier technical drawings, and BIM models.
